Before you make plans

Day One finishes at Lattin Down. The Avebury finish belongs to the Sunday 50 km and the full 100 km. Enter the package you mean to run.

Four packages, two finish lines

The 2027 listing is a weekend, not a single race. The 100 km non-stop is on Saturday 10 July. The 100 km over two days is 10 to 11 July. The Thames Valley 50K is Saturday and finishes at Lattin Down. The Ridgeline 50K is Sunday and finishes at Avebury.

The page header still prints 11 to 12 July 2026 beside the 2027 dates. Use the package dates above, and check the entry form if you are working from an older screenshot.

Avebury is the finish people associate with the event. It is not the finish of the Saturday 50 km. Your lift, your bag and your hotel depend on that distinction.

What the 1,350 m figure covers

The page gives 1,350 m of ascent for the 100 km and describes that route as relatively runnable. It also publishes course records. Those are the organiser’s figures and claims. They are not a ranking by this publication, and they do not describe either 50 km day.

This page does not give a 2027 ascent for the Thames Valley or Ridgeline 50K. An older route page, checked on 9 September 2026, still showed 2026 dates and 720 m for the Thames Valley day. That older figure is not confirmed here as the 2027 course.

The headline cutoff is again 25 hours or more. Confirm the limit for your own package. The page says a bag goes to your finish, parking and shuttles are extra, and breakfast is available if you are camping overnight.

Prices after the first tier sold out

On 3 October 2026 the super early bird tier was marked sold out. For the Saturday and Sunday 50 km, the remaining published tiers were £90, £95 and £100. The sold-out super early bird price was £85.

The 100 km non-stop tiers still listed were £185, £190 and £200. The two-day event listed £170, or £260 with camping, then £180 or £270, then £190 or £280. Charity places are advertised from £50. None of these tiers is a promise that a place is still available.

Official information checked 3 October 2026. Entry availability is not updated live on this page. Distances, prices and ascent can change with course revisions.
